Be careful not to lose your passion in life. I know that is easier said than done. Time certainly flies…Halloween candy not yet eaten, and Christmas looming nearer! Thanksgiving will be a blink. Maybe it is time to slow down…to enjoy life instead of just living it. If you don’t, you run the risk of getting old before you know it.
Then you will look around your life and say something like, “I should’ve tried that. I should’ve taken that trip. I should’ve started that business, or I should’ve asked that person out.” Next thing you know, you should’ve all over yourself. That’s gross. Finally, you end up with a bunch of regrets. You don’t have to wait until Friday to feel happy. you can enjoy more than just two days out of the week.
The way to do this is by identifying those activities that excite you, and make you feel good. Whether it be a movie, dancing to music, reading your favorite book, or just having a quiet evening undisturbed, find a way to experience this during the week. After you have found an activity that excites and inspires you, find the time (create the time if you must) and protect that time for yourself. If you don’t, you may end up using a lot of tissue to wipe your eyes.
Anything is possible,
